Free UK delivery on every order. We dispatch within 1–2 business days and Royal Mail delivers in 2–4 business days, so most orders arrive within 3–6 business days.
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Returns & refunds
Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. A prepaid returns label is included in your parcel, so returns are free, and there's no restocking fee.
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a 30-day right to reject it for a full refund. Just email us with photos and we'll put it right at our cost.
