These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at potnperch.store and form a binding legal agreement between you and LED ONLINE LIMITED (company number 10600145). By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, then you may not use our website or services.
Orders and Contract Formation
Products displayed on our website are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement email confirms receipt only. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. If a price has been listed incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Delivery
We dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivery by Royal Mail typically takes 2–4 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore normally 3–6 business days. We deliver to the United Kingdom. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We sell brand-new goods in their original packaging only.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return them. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a 30-day right to reject for a full refund, and thereafter a right to repair or replacement.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, LED ONLINE LIMITED and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained on this Website. You are granted a limited licence only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit arising from business use.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, carrier disruption, industrial action or failure of public networks.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
