Where We Ship
We ship to the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Total time from order to delivery is typically 3–6 business days. Delivery estimates are given in working days and run from dispatch, in addition to the processing time above.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking to update after dispatch.
Delays
In rare cases — high order volumes, public holidays, or adverse weather — deliveries may take longer than estimated. We will email you promptly if this affects your order.
Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 2–4 business days after dispatch, contact contact@potnperch.store. We will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and either replace the order or refund you in full. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at contact@potnperch.store with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We can amend an address within 12 hours of ordering. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will need to be re-sent at additional cost.
Duties and Taxes
All prices include VAT where applicable. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
